01

Prepare the build

Review the BOM, fabrication and assembly data, approved revisions, programming requirements and planned checks.

02

Coordinate prototype manufacture

Coordinate sourcing, PCB fabrication and assembly with production partners. Confirm component substitutions and build requirements before use.

03

Bring-up & manufacturing support

Support programming and agreed functional checks, resolve build questions and prepare the documentation and feedback for the next run.

What you receive

The agreed prototype boards, build documentation, sourcing decisions and test records. Quantities, lead times, inspection coverage and responsibilities are confirmed for each build; fabrication and assembly are carried out by production partners.

The deliverables and acceptance checks are agreed in the project scope.

A useful starting point

  • PCB fabrication and assembly files, or the current design package
  • BOM, intended quantity and target schedule
  • Programming files, functional checks and any special build requirements
