01

Review the current design

Examine the available schematic, PCB, BOM, firmware and test records. Identify design concerns and information needed to investigate.

02

Reproduce & investigate

Agree the checks, reproduce reported symptoms and use measurements to narrow down hardware, firmware and integration issues.

03

Revise & verify

Implement the agreed schematic, PCB or firmware changes. Record the revision and check the affected functions on available hardware.

What you receive

Review findings, investigation results and the revised files included in the agreed scope, with verification records and any remaining issues. Further builds or specialist laboratory tests are scoped separately when needed.

The deliverables and acceptance checks are agreed in the project scope.

A useful starting point

  • Current design files and firmware, where available
  • Expected behavior and reproducible fault symptoms
  • Prototype hardware, measurements and previous investigation notes
